We want your pet to look and feel their best in our fashion accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the pet accessories you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are unworn, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned accessories, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
